Miss Ti holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.Hons) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom in 1993 and she completed her Bar exams in London in 1994. She was admitted to the English Bar in 1994 and is now a member of the English Bar and Lincoln's Inn.

Prior to returning to Malaysia, she was engaged in an established law firm in Hull, known as the Wilberforce Chambers for a number of months where she gained invaluable experience. 

She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on the 22nd September 1995 after completing her nine months of chambering in Messrs. Cheang & Ariff, Kuala Lumpur. She was then practicing under Messrs. Nordin  Hamid & Associates in October 1996.

Miss Ti has been exposed to various areas of law in particular but not limited to the following:-

Family law:-     Divorce and matrimonial proceedings, adoption, probate and   administration
