Ms.
Adeline Lee Wai Yee read law at the University of London (external). She
graduated with an Honours Degree in Law (LLB Hons) in 1999 and was called to
the Malaysian Bar in 2000.
She
chambered in Messrs. Gan, Ho & Razlan Hadri and was exposed to a wide range
litigation matters. Thereafter, she begun her practise of law in Messrs. Azim,
Tunku Farik & Wong before joining Messrs. Paul Cheah & Associates
(Kuala Lumpur) in October, 2002 assisting Mr. Paul Cheah in the corporate department.
She has experience in litigation particularly in the area of matters pertaining to accident matters, banking litigation and giving opinions in the aforesaid matters. She also has experience in drafting and preparation of loan documentation, sale and purchase of property, tenancy agreement, wills, probate and intellectual law practise (trademark registration and infringement).
